Former members of Montreal 60's foursome Les Copains, Christian Paquet and Dominic Lacaille formed the duo Christian & Getro in 1966, recording and releasing all 4 singles on Tony Roman labels (A1, Canusa and Revolution) before going their own ways in 1969. Known as Quebec's Everly Brothers because of their smooth harmonies (and Everly Brothers covers), the duo also recorded some great Beatles covers. Dominic Lacaille (Getro) released a handful of recordings and one rare LP (under the name Getro) before calling it quits.
