At the Supper Club Part III is a 2011 album release of recordings by the American singer Jo Stafford. The tracks are taken from her appearances on The Chesterfield Supper Club, the NBC variety program of the 1940s. The recordings on this compilation were made with Lloyd Shafer and His Orchestra, Paul Weston and His Orchestra, Helen Carroll and the Satisfiers, and The Starlighters. All told, 12 of the 25 tracks are Stafford solo numbers, six are MacRae recordings, and only seven are duets. Of those seven, six are among the ten chart records the two scored between 1948 and 1950, but two of their biggest hits, the chart-topping "My Darling, My Darling" and the Top Five "Whispering Hope," are not here. Instead of being a thorough collection of Stafford/MacRae hits and highlights, this album should be thought of as a hodgepodge of late-'40s and 1950 recordings by the two, separately and together.

If you're a fan of Jo Stafford's it's a must have and if you're not familiar with her music but enjoy music of the '40s and '50s with great lyrics and the big orchestra sound, and a singer with an incredible voice, you can't go wrong with this set. It's been remastered so the sound quality is terrific.
