The Ramblers is a jazzy Dance Orchestra, which especially became famous as a popular radio Orchestra in Netherlands in the middle of the twentieth century. The Orchestra had the full instrumentation of the big bands of the time and brought a mixed repertoire of jazz and light music. In the thirties of the 20th century music ensembles with such offer had a lot of success in Europe, and to their dominance within the jazz only came to an end by the advent of bebop in the 1940s.
