I don't know why this Nonesuch 1998 release is listed as "Reissue" above (It was a reissue of 7559-79519-2, both from 1998?). NB: The album was completely re-recorded in 1998 and is not the same as the 1983 release. It also contains two additional tracks, 'Organic' and 'Resource'. Although the sound is of superior quality the tracks are not identical arrangements. For instance 'Pruit Igoe', the most popular piece, at 2:33 the 'bounding' instrumentation sounds synthesised in the original, whereas it's more orchestral in the remake.I prefer the original version of 'Pruit Igoe', but like the remade title track ('Koyaanisqatsi') more.
