Does anybody know a tune that sounds like the start off this track but says" kick a hole in the speaker then i jet"?
Global Progression
Tango & Ratty - Tales From The Darkside TR 001.

got a copy of this bad ass record, i prefer the B Side, one of the more larger tunes that came out of 1992's old skool rave. pure classic. amazing what prices some tunes fetch now, sayin that would you believe they are now 25 years old, crazy where time goes. big up tango.
Grosho
I know both sides well and both was big tunes the side you prefer, was played by the likes of Fabio, Grooverider, Ratty and prob hype and Carl Cox I would have thought...Still the intro and bass line and ragga stabs make project 1 the winner for me...happy but jungle vibes...
Puchock
This needs to be reissued, everyone should own a copy of this.

I'm very happy as got the original f project white label from ebay for 45 pounds, that's a bargain at todays prices. I'll put it on my next oldskool mix. Tango is an awesome producer and thanks 3y3_HERt_Wax for that info. I'll check it out now.

The 93 dubplate mixes on vinyl can be had over at - djtango.bandcamp.com/releases

Wicked track. A side can be dropped in oldskool and jungle mixes and got played loads by all the headline DJ's for years. The B sides intro sounds very similar to Tango & Ratty's classic track 'Tales From The Darkside'. One of my top 5 oldskool records for sure.
Mr_TrOlOlO
Both tracks are awesome and a must in any oldskool collection. Rare so comes with a big price tag.

1 of the all time jungle classics ? By late 1992 jungle was well on its way to being the domanting force in the rave scene ,tango - project 1, wots my code - dubplate and durban poison - babylon timewarp, noise factory - capsule e.p to name just a few was the best sounds I ever heard
Kamuro
gutted- didnt read - remix of Project 1 is ok but thought orig on the CD mentioned above. Remix doesnt have that cheeky-gonna-nick-your-last-rizla element that orig had. Oh well. start savin' I guess..
Whitegrove
A pretty penny indeed. If you're not up for paying wods of cash for this, the I suggest the remix on Ratty's Album http://www.discogs.com/Various-Power-Play-Volume-1/master/209932

wot know commets or reviewthis as got to be one of the fineist 12inch's ever.both sides are belters,i 1st heard the a side on aa dj seduction tape from fantazia (the showcase)i was trying and trying to fine the name for many years and when i did i payed a nice price for itwhat im glad about as now a days it go's for a pritty penny.if you ever find a nice copy you have to pick it up becase you will not be sorry.as everybody knows who loves oldskool, hardcore, jungle,d&b dj tango is a legendas his tracks are well produced,if you love oldskool and dj tango you have got to own a copy.or thay just int no point collect oldskool hardcore. :@)please check the video sit back and enjoy and be perpred to be blow away by this massive release.project one starts off with some mad trumpit sound then kicks in with a wicked drumloopthen contains samples - hoo hoo hoo watch me original rub'a'dub style (come again)then drops into a dub regga stab, with a mass sub bass it finshish the track off in style.the aa side is the best side (id say)starts off with a massive stab bass riff then great breakbeat over the top.then uses the blame sample (drop it !),then a top drumroll (finny roll)then drops into a mad scale of the keys main riff.the 2ed drop is a massive bass stab riff with slowed down breakbeat over it.3ed break is wicked nice housey stabs with a vocal over the topit makes me feel reeeeeal.you have got to love this.
