In the spring of 1976, Seger released Live Bullet, the album that broke him big nationally. There's stanky blues rockers like Ain't Got No Money and Old Time Rock And Roll. It has mid-tempo story songs he does so well, like Still the Same, Till It Shines, Brave Strangers. He (and the Silver Bullet Band) were still hungry on that one.
Like its predecessor, the Silver Bullet Band backed Seger on about half of the songs and the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section backed Seger on the other half.
