Sadly, it's rare that I come across music that really gets me excited these days. I'm a bit of a cranky old bastard and everything's been done already. Except this. What Igorrr is doing with these few albums he's had out is about as groundbreaking as what Venetian Snares did about 15 years ago. That's really saying something but I think it fits. Stylistically, they are not that close together but they both have that "I don't give a fuck" approach and in both cases it results in some moments of pure genious. But this isn't a Snares review, just saying this guy is about on the same level, in my opinion. I hope he keeps rocking it out like this for a long time because his music is quite unlike anything I've ever heard. And I'm a cranky old bastard who has heard it all. ;)
does it have any new tracks not released on the double LP?
alright thanks for pointing out ;)
No. It's the same.
after downloading this fantastic piece of modern music via the internet somewhen, somewhere I am very glad that it is available on vinyl now! Although the cover may tells a little different language, this album is a great emotional travel in most different places. Some sounds are classical, some more idm, electronica, some avangarde swing and deathcore sounds to even folk-like tunes!Igorrr just mix it up to even more complex and bizarre compositions than what venetian snares or Datach'i did!
absolutely! Igorrr is ruining all stereotypes of 'how music should sound like' and 'how to cross the genres'!! this is a masterpiese of a beautiful mess! I think it's the most interesting and genuine sound ever! Damn, I cant't speak about his music not using the (!) sign ))) Totally gone nuts about all his albums)
