Skyhat Part V is one of the best songs ever written by man. my personal nickname for it is "King" Absolute perfection.
DJearl I perfectly agree! back in 1996 I walked into Peach Records Store in Orlando FL USA and I wanted to buy a few electronic cds since recently enjoying the genre, because trance and and electronic avoid song lyrics which take away from the purpose of the trance state. I saw a blue colored cd with a blonde girl in a black dress dancing on the front cover. It was titled This Is Techno: International Trance & Tribal VOL 8. So I bought it. This CD is on amazon and it is so awesome how it was compiled! Very soon track 2 became my favorite of all songs in the world. Something was very different about this trance song Skyhat Part V by Havana. It progressively built up, then goes into an echo chamber with laser beats that just dances on your brain's synapses, then has these hall like violins in the background that sway your senses with tingles and chills up your back, then it has these pulses that mimic breathing in and out, then goes into a progressive breakdown, which is perfectly cropping layers of sounds out of the track until only one tone remains, then it finishes into silence. In 2012 I have yet to find a song to top the mathematics genius of Skyhat Part V by Havana. So if you enjoy trance house or electronic, make sure to listen to this song at least once! The version I prefer the best is the one from the cd compilation I named above on VOL 8 which is track 2. When DJs around the world begin to construct electronic or trance using mathematics, and rhythms that match brain waves, and tones that match breathing in and out, and beats that match jumping 2 inches off the ground, and other forms of environmental factors, the music will evolve into an experience, not just ear candy.
